All customer information is strictly used to process orders and for our promotional correspondence to keep you informed in the most convenient, secure & efficient way possible. SECURITY

Cigars on Maybank protects all information by using a secure server. That means that your credit card number and address are encrypted so that it cannot be read as the information travels via the Internet. We have made it a priority to keep your information and shopping experience a safe one.

SALES TAX

All orders shipped to South Carolina addresses will be charged a 9% sales tax. Many states now require Cigars on Maybank to collect sales tax on their behalf for purchases made through our website.  Please note that if you are not charged sales tax by Cigars on Maybank then any sales tax due in the purchaser’s state is responsible to be paid by the purchaser.

SHIPPING POLICY

• PLEASE NOTE: ALL SHIPMENTS WILL BE DELIVERED ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED

We charge the following rates:

• Curbside Pick-up: No Fee

• Delivery: No Fee to Kiawah, Seabrook and Johns Island for orders over $50.00 otherwise a $10 delivery fee will be charged.

Outside Johns Island:

• $0-$50.00 = $10.

• $50-$75 = $5

• Over $75 = Free Delivery to West Ashley, James Island, Charleston, North Charleston, Mt. Pleasant, Wadmalaw, Hollywood and Ravanel.

• Please contact the store for deliveries outside of the areas noted above.

Mail Order:

• Cigars on Maybank utililizes the USPS for all deliveries.  Adult verification and signature is required and a $9.95 fee will be required.

• Any customers wanting rush delivery must pay additional charges for any packages requested to be sent Next Day, 2nd day Air, or 3-day select via UPS.

All merchandise leaves our facility in perfect condition. Should any item that is received damaged or lost during transit, please call us immediately. The outer packaging must be saved for UPS verification, otherwise we cannot guarantee that UPS will reimburse us for damages. We will reship all items as soon as possible and handle any claim with UPS for you.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE AFTER I ORDER?

Orders are processed during our business hours and shipped promptly the next business day unless it is on a Friday, then your order will not ship out until Tuesday morning since our shipping department is closed on Saturdays thru Mondays. Remember this includes holidays as well.*See the UPS transit map for approximate package arrival date.

CAN I CHANGE MY ONLINE ORDER?

Once an online order had been submitted, it cannot be changed online. However, Cigars on Maybank may be able to modify or cancel the order if the time between the submitted order and the packaging of the order is caught in time before it is shipped out. Contact us as soon as possible via email or phone immediately!

CREDIT CARD POLICIES

We process Visa, MC, AMEX and Discover credit cards. We utilize AVS (address verification service) on all orders received and verify both the billing address and zip code. If either the address or the zip code do not match, we will attempt to verify the correct address via email/or phone. If we do not receive a response in a timely fashion, we reserve the right to cancel the order without further notice as a protection for ourselves and credit card holders.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Cigars on Maybank guarantees your complete satisfaction on every product we sell and want you, the customer, to be happy with your purchase(s). Should you find that something is not to your satisfaction, we ask that you call us and we will make the proper arrangements to remedy the situation. We will gladly refund any merchandise in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt of your order. If you need to return an item, please send INSURED via FedEx, UPS, or parcel post to our shipping address of: 2817 Maybank Highway Suite 5. Please notify us before returning any items. For damaged merchandise, please retain all packing material and contact us immediately at info@cigarsonmaybank.com. We will promptly arrange for it replacement.

ONLINE POLICY FOR INDIVIDUALS 21 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER

This site is not directed to persons less than 21 years of age and no information should be submitted or posted at Cigars on Maybank’s online website by individuals less than 21 years of age. Sales of tobacco products to individuals under the legal minimum purchase age are illegal. , Cigars on Maybank makes every attempt to restrict sales of tobacco to individuals of 21 years of age. Certain personal information, provided by you, is used to confirm the minimum age requirements. Such information is not retained in our database therefore not compromising privacy.

Why is Cigars on Maybank verifying my age?

Cigars on Maybank is dedicated to servicing our customers with premium tobacco products only if they meet the legal age requirement. We require adult over 21 signature verification upon delivery of any tobacco related purchases by the shipping carrier to validate our customers ages and to verify their identity which fulfills the legal requirements for tobacco sales.

Is the information that I provide secure?

Yes, the shipper ensures the safe delivery of the information that you provide. In addition, Cigars on Maybank does not store your sensitive personal information.

I live outside of the United States, can I be verified?

Cigars on Maybank’s use of adult signature verification process is based solely on U.S. record information and therefore verification of individuals residing outside the U.S. is unavailable. Please inquire within if you plan on having cigars shipped internationally.
